Enhance Your Look with Injectable Fillers

Injectable fillers allow us to keep you looking your best without going under the knife and with little downtime. With so many dermal fillers to choose from, each with its benefits and considerations, it can be confusing to determine which dermal filler is best for you.

At La Fontaine, we meet with each patient to decide which dermal filler is the best to meet their desired improvement and financial goals, so we achieve the best results with dermal fillers in Denver.

What are dermal fillers?

As we age, our faces naturally lose volume, and our facial muscles must work closer to the skin surface, making smile lines and crow's feet more apparent. The facial skin also stretches to add to this loss of facial volume, as do sun exposure, heredity, and lifestyle.

Dermal fillers help to diminish facial lines while restoring volume and fullness in the face. These injectables can:

  • Treat facial wrinkles and folds such as smile lines
  • Restore volume lost in the jowls, jawline, temples & cheeks
  • Increase the appearance of fullness on the hands
  • Be used for a non-surgical nose job

What are the benefits of dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers can remedy the early signs of aging on their own or can be added to facial rejuvenation surgery. Some examples of what you can do with dermal fillers in Denver include:

  • Plump thin lips
  • Enhance shallow facial contours
  • Soften facial creases and wrinkles
  • Improve the appearance of scars
  • Reconstruct contour issues in the face
  • Decrease or remove the lower lid shadow

Am I a candidate for dermal fillers?

You’re a good candidate for facial fillers in Denver at La Fontaine Aesthetics if you are physically healthy, don't smoke, and are committed to maintaining good skin health to ensure the best possible results. You should also have realistic goals for what dermal fillers can do for your facial appearance.

What are my dermal filler options at La Fontaine?

Facial Fat Transfer

The facial fat transfer takes fat from an unwanted area and uses it as a filler in the face. Fat is a natural and non-synthetic material that can give long-lasting, permanent results and is the best option for patients who need more syringes of filler than average.

Sculptra

Sculptra® stimulates the skin to make its collagen so that the effects can last over two years. It is generally used as a whole-face treatment to restore volume and fullness, as opposed to Restylane and Cosmoplast, which are used for individual facial lines.

Voluma

VOLUMA® Non-Surgical Face Lifts use hyaluronic acid to instantly lift and sculpt the cheekbones for a softer and more youthful appearance. This filler also defines the jawline and raises eyebrows.

Bellafill

Dr. Oleszek likes to use Bellafill around the eyes, smile lines, and cheeks. Because the body does not absorb it, Bellafill® provides permanent support to your skin, so it will not require frequent repeat injections to maintain the results.

Restylane

Restylane® adds volume and support, decreasing lines from the nose to the outside corner of the mouth and marionette lines. Restylane is also used to restore fullness to thin lips and restore volume under the eyes to remove dark circles.

Restylane Defyne

We were the first Medical Practice in Colorado to receive Defyne, which is approved for correcting deeper wrinkles of the face, such as smile lines, and Refyne for filling cheek and smile lines.

Restylane Refyne

Coming soon to La Fontaine in Denver! We are the first Medical Practice to have it in Colorado! Restylane Refyne is a hyaluronic acid filler from the Restylane family of products. FDA-approved in December 2016 and released in 2017, it is FDA-approved for the correction of wrinkles in the face such as cheek lines, smile lines (also called nasolabial folds).

Restylane Lyft

Restylane Lyft can produce a remarkable facial rejuvenation by restoring lost cheek volume. As cheek volume slowly diminishes, the area begins to sag resulting in more profound, prominent laugh lines. Restylane Lyft restores lost volume while giving a lifting effect on the entire midface region.

Radiesse

Radiesse® is one of Dr. Oleszek’s favorite fillers to decrease facial and marionette lines. It uses calcium-based microspheres to restore volume and fill in lines and wrinkles and is the filler of choice for hand restoration. By adding Radiesse to the hands, you’ll see an instant rejuvenation and fullness restored to the area, which helps conceal the visible veins caused by age and volume loss.

Juvederm

Juvederm® is similar to Restylane but is slightly more pliable or soft. This is Dr. Oleszek’s most popular filler for lip plumping.

Versa

Versa is one of the latest generations of dermal fillers to be developed, and it is uniquely formulated and manufactured in small batches in a state-of-the-art facility.

Y Lift

This non-surgical facelift restores volume and lifts, giving you a younger, more attractive look. At La Fontaine, we focus on creating natural enhancements and are proud of the results we achieve with our Y-Lift treatments.

What is recovery like for dermal fillers?

You can resume most activities immediately, but you should avoid intense physical activity for the first 24-48 hours to minimize swelling and bruising. Any swelling and bruising can be alleviated with topical icing and massage and should resolve quickly.

When your fat is used as the injected filler, the healing process can take up to three weeks.
