LipoDissolve

LipoDissolve is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction for small areas of resistant fat. A medicine is injected directly into the fatty area wanting to be reduced. This medicine will break down the fat cells. The body will slowly reabsorb the released fat over weeks, which then will be excreted via the biliary system and kidneys.

Inches can be removed with a series of injections into the subcutaneous tissue. Most patients see results after the second treatment and can be long lasting if proper diet and exercise are maintained. Common treatment areas are the back of the thigh, the saddle bags, abdominal wall, love handles, under chin and jowels.

LipoDissolve is not a weight loss treatment. Only local areas are treated with the maximum being two areas of the outstretched hand on each side (4 areas altogether).

After 3 to 5 sessions results can be seen as a decrease in inches of the treated area. Each session lasts one hour, and spaced about 6 weeks after the prior session – so at least 3 months should be given for the results to be seen. Normal daily activities can typically be resumed after the treatment.
