Endermologie™

Endermologie™ is an advanced European massaging device that smooths cellulite by stimulating lymphatic flow and new elastin and collagen production. Additionally, by manipulating the fatty and fibrous tissues, Endermologie™ helps ‘release’ toxins and fat creating smoother skin.

The Endermologie™ machine literally sucks the skin up and rolls the skin out resulting in deep tissue massage. This simultaneous act of "massaging" loosens tightly, packed fat from the skin and promotes better circulation. Cellulite is reduced by "increased vascularity" which better remove waste. The act of massage may also promote new collagen growth which helps strengthen the connective tissue there by prohibiting fat globules from "pressing" through the honey comb structure of the connective tissue itself. When fat globules are constricted and pressed towards the skin the cellulite is more visible.

Endermologie™ Treatment

• Sessions take about 25 to 35 minutes, typically described as a rigorous massage.
• Patients are encouraged to drink a normal to substantial amount of water during the course of your treatments. This allows your body to "flush toxins" and promotes hydration which is essential for skin health.
• Treatment packages of 10-12 are typically recommended to treat an area.

The Endermologie™ machine originated in France in the early 80′s and was introduced to the U.S. in 1996 and later "approved" by the FDA.
